At the wooden playground, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We appreciate your support of our small business and can't wait for your order to arrive!

Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order contains a custom or made-to-order item, the estimated production time will be stated on the product listing.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are subject to delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are $12 standard or $20 bulk, bulk items include worm farm observer. 

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—these will be clearly advertised on our website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, this option can be selected during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
